- We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
- Exchanges may only be accepted within 10 days of delivery if the item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description provided on our website.
- To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact our team within 48 hours of receiving their order. Requests must include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Once the request is reviewed and approved, the item may be exchanged for store credit or another available product of equal value, subject to availability.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, accessories, and authenticity documentation.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons related to sizing preferences, change of mind, or minor signs of ageing and characteristics naturally associated with vintage and deadstock garments.
- Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
- Custom orders, limited-edition pieces, sale items, and discounted purchases are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
